Arriving at CDG or at Orly airports, or at a train station in Paris can be a very stressful experience, especially when trying to reach your apartment.
To make it easier we have a very simple foolproof solution!
When confirming your stay, share the following with us:

Your “VIP Private Limousine Services” transfer is a “private” one  (not an Airport Shuttle, a Taxi, or a Uber).
Your driver will welcome you outside the French Customs Exit when arriving via plane, or at the end of the platform when arriving via train, with a sign bearing your name, he’ll then drive you to the apartment where one of our HER team members will meet you, show you the apartment & answer all of your queries…

If it’s still required by health authorities, your driver will be wearing a mask & his van will have a partition between your party & him. Your greeter will also be wearing a mask upon your arrival at your apartment. Masks, alcoholic gel & tissues will be provided;

For a group of up to 6 guests plus luggage, a one-way transfer from either airport amounts to 120,00€. For arrival at any train station within Paris, the transfer amounts to 75,00€. For arrival at Beauvais airport, (200KM round trip from Paris ) the transfer amounts to 220,00€. While at it, you can book a return to either airports or train stations for the prices showing above.

Transfer fees can be paid directly to your driver with a credit card or in cash or to your greeter upon arrival.
If taking another type of transport to your apartment, you MUST text or phone us upon leaving the airport or train station at 01133608074698 from a foreign phone or at 0608074698 from a French phone as, if you don’t, nobody from our HER team will be by the building to greet you.



Upon arrival, your apartment will be stocked with basic goods such as toilet paper, kitchen paper & cloth towels, liquid soaps for your bathroom & kitchen, trash bags, a bottle of water, a bottle of milk and other products that help start your stay in the best way.



Our HER team is available during your stay to answer any questions, tourist-related or otherwise. They’ll help in you any way they can. Our “Concierge” service is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, we’ll provide you with a private mobile number in case of an emergency.



  • Reservation service (restaurants, theatre tickets, etc.)* 20,00€
  • Hire a personal shopper * 250,00€ for the day
  • Food shopping home-delivery from a general supermarket * 35,00€ (not including the cost of items purchased)
  • Flowers home-delivery * 35€ (not including the cost of items purchased)
  • In house chef for a meal * 90 € per person (3 days notice is required & for 4 guests minimum)
  • Event organizing(upon request)
  • Continental breakfast delivery* 25€ per person for 4 guests minimum.
  • Extra cleaning service* 18 € / hour (two hours minimum)
  • Babysitting service * 15€ / hour (two hours minimum)


You will have access to the whole apartment.


Rental price displayed on our website is all-inclusive.

If the Covid19 is still part of our life the rules below will not apply & you’ll be able to cancel your stay even a few days before your arrival.

MINIMUM STAY: 3 nights4 nights during select periods.

If you book one of our apartments at least 70 days ahead of your arrival & you wish to cancel it & receive a full refund you’ll need to do so 40 days prior to your arrival.

From 36 to 25 days before your arrival, you’ll receive 40% of your deposit, for less than 25 days no refund will be made.

If you booked a flat less than 20 days prior to your arrival & if you cancel it, no refund will be made.
