It is beautifully decorated & it is set on the 2nd floor facing a street filled with very trendy restaurants & bars. This part of town is known for the large number of eating places.

The living/dining room is decorated with good taste with awesome lighting, paintings, artifacts, and books scattered all around, and there’s an extremely large sofa facing the TV set. On one side of the living room, the dining table can easily welcome 4 guests…

The fully equipped kitchen awaits your cooking skills from goods bought on rue de Bretagne close by which’s filled with food shops. You can easily cook like being at home, as there is a stove, an oven, a fridge, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a dishwasher.

The bedroom is located in the back of the apartment & overlooks a private courtyard making it a very quiet oasis for peaceful nights.

The spotless bathroom is finished with Italian-made large tiles. It offers a walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink, towels, and a hair dryer.

The apartment has all the equipment you need to have a perfect stay. Free Wi-Fi, elevator, quiet and easy access thanks to the metro and taxi stations nearby.
