RUE DE PARADIS

The appropriately named Rue de Paradis apartment offers a little slice of heaven in one of the busiest districts of Paris, the 10th. 

With room to sleep up to 3 people and a gorgeous living area, you can relax without the fuss!

Steps away from the busy Boulevard de Magenta, this apartment is located to the north of the Seine, right beside important city links such as Gare du Nord et Gare de l’Est. Head south, however, and you will find yourself in the Bonne Nouvelle cartier – a metropolis of restaurants, art and culture that is easily accessible from your doorstep.

The welcoming entrance hall is a splash of colour that leads to the impressive living space decorated with modern taste, furnished with a generous sofa, an armchair and a beautiful big coffee table. You will also have access to the large flat-screen TV so you can unwind after a long day of city sightseeing.

To the right, you will find the kitchen, which is fitted with all the appliances you could need to live as if you are chez vous, such as an oven, microwave and stove – as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer for those who wish to stay longer. The kitchen area leads out onto a balcony overlooking the Parisian streets below, where you can lounge with your morning coffee and croissant and soak up the Parisian sun.

To the left of the living area, you will find a spacious office area that houses as the owner’s personal library collection along with a single sofa bed, available to be furnished with sheets upon your request.

This room leads onto the master bedroom with a comfortable bed and beautiful fresh linens; the room also benefits from plenty of natural light which is lovely to wake up to in the morning.

The apartment boasts two bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower and the other with a luxurious bath – soaps and towels are provided so your stay is as stress-free as possible!
